Greatness Wins Code of Conduct

At Greatness Wins, we adhere to the strictest environmental and social guidelines, from sourcing to manufacturing to packaging. Similarly, Greatness Wins factories, warehouses, corporate offices, and retail stores across the globe all meet—if not exceed—proper working conditions and environmental standards. Here’s a closer look at our standard practices, which we require all our vendors and suppliers to adhere to.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

Achieving true sustainability is a years-long process, which we’ve already begun by announcing plans to be carbon-neutral by 2025. We now exclusively work with factories that reduce water waste, and we only print on sustainably sourced paper. We’ve also started using biodegradable or compostable materials in all of our shipments and at our corporate office, taking millions of single-use plastics out of landfills by the end of 2019.

Eco-friendly Packaging and Materials

We are committed to being as environmentally friendly wherever possible. We’ve implemented biodegradable plastic from BDP in our plastic packaging. We currently use hand-tags made from recycled materials as well as paper packing on the shirt collars. For delivery, we use biodegradable bags and carbon-neutral boxes.

Compliance with Laws

There will be no use of forced labor, whether in the form of prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor or otherwise.

Human Rights and Hiring Practices

We’re committed to creating and maintaining a safe respectful work environment that’s free of discrimination and harassment. We hold our suppliers and vendors across the globe to the same standards. Suppliers must have hiring practices that verify accurately age and ability to work legally. All persons working must have voluntarily agreed to all employment terms.


We do not and will not condone discrimination in any form. Greatness Wins contractually requires its suppliers to never discriminate against any workers based on age, disability, ethnicity, creed, gender, marital status, national origin, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law in hiring and other employment practices. Greatness Wins strives to live by the same standards.

Prohibition of Child Labor

We at Greatness Wins do not tolerate any use of child labor. Suppliers must not use child labor, defined as children under the age of 15 or younger than the legal mandatory age for completing one’s education. Workers under the age of 18 shall not perform work that may jeopardize their health or safety.

Prohibition on Forced Labor, Human Trafficking, and Disciplinary Measures

We’re committed to conducting our business in a responsible manner that’s consistent with labor laws and standards across the globe. Any and all forms of forced labor are prohibited. Greatness Wins and its suppliers and vendors shall never threaten employees or subject them to cruel, harsh, and inhumane treatment including, but not limited to verbal abuse and harassment, psychological harassment, mental and physical coercion, or oppression or sexual harassment.

Working Conditions and Payment

We'll always provide a safe and healthy working environment for employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. Payment must be at least the minimum wage required by local law or the prevailing industry wage, whichever is higher, and shall provide legally mandated benefits.

Freedom of Association and Organization

We shall not restrict the right of workers to freely associate with others, establish, and join (or refrain from joining) workers’ associations. We hold our vendors and suppliers to the same standard.

Anti-Corruption Policy

We at Greatness Wins have zero tolerance for bribery, fraud, kickbacks, and all other improper payments. They are strictly prohibited everywhere Greatness Wins—or its suppliers and vendors—do business.

Safety and Health in the Workplace

We provide workplaces that are safe, clean, and not harmful to the health of employees or independent contractors. Any working conditions at the workplace, stores, or factories that violate applicable law and/or regulation are strictly prohibited.


Employees, vendors, and suppliers at Greatness Wins will not disclose to others or use for their own purposes or the purposes of others any trade secrets, confidential information, knowledge, designs, data, skills, or any other information which Greatness Wins identifies as confidential.

Whistleblower Protection

We shall prohibit retaliation against workers who participate in good faith or refuse an order that is in violation of the Greatness Wins Supplier Code of Conduct. We hold our suppliers and vendors to the same standard.
